Mentorship for Tomorrow's Hispanic-Latino Leaders
Expert-led programs connecting Hispanic-Latino professionals, nonprofits, and small business owners with the guidance, tools, and community they need to lead and grow across Tennessee.
Bridging the gap between community and leadership.
Tennessee's Hispanic community has grown for decades. Today, Latinos are opening businesses, graduating from universities, and leading in communities from Knoxville to Memphis.
Yet a wide gap remains between our growing community and established Hispanic leaders. HOLA Mentorship exists to close that gap — through structured programs, expert instructors, and one-on-one relationships that create lasting change.
The ROI on Mentorship
The data is clear: mentorship isn't just meaningful — it's one of the highest-return investments a person, business, or community can make. Here's what the research shows.
Three tracks. Expert instructors. Real results.
Each program is a 4-week cohort with weekly 1-hour sessions — intentionally small so every participant gets real guidance, not just a seat in a room. Experts include attorneys, bankers, McKenzie consulting professionals, and more.
Each course has a value of $2,500. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, qualified students may receive a grant to cover the full cost of tuition — at no out-of-pocket expense. Grant eligibility requires successful completion of the entire course.
Business Mentorship Academy
